How to make an inquiry…for any customers
When you make inquiry to PIXELCRAFT, please make sure you have your name
and your country name on the email. Without the information, it is
making things difficult or failing us to answer your question.

Additional Note on PIXDISC.com customers' email addresses...
Be aware of your email addresses. For the security reason, PIXDISC.com
basically only replys to the email address, which the customer
registered at his/her Paypal account.
To make an inquiry on our service, please make sure that you are
emailing with the Paypal email account with correct spelling. It is not
rare to see an email address with spelling mistake that the customer
does not notice at the beginning.
Also it is often seen that a customer
is emailing from other email address, however he/she is not realizing
he/she is emailing with different email address.
With different email
account, we need to ask the sender to proof he/she is one of our
customer. In addition, it is also seen that a customer is also having a “reply-to” setting to a different email address. To avoid a trouble, we
only reply to each customer’s Paypal email account.
So please do not be
offended by our feedback with asking about the proof but not answering
to your question, especially when you make an inquiry with different
email address.
Therefore inquiry by telephone is absolutely not acceptable.
Lastly, PIXELCRAFT is not open Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese Notional
holidays and bank holidays.
Above of all please be forewarned.
* Make inquiry with your Paypal email account.
* Make sure your Paypal email account does exist and is active.
* No spelling mistake on your Paypal email account.
* Please avoid using your multiple email accounts.
* Do not set different email account on your “reply-to” setting.
* Make sure you are forwarding the correct confirmation email from Paypal.
Invoices and Receipt
PIXELCRAFT does not issue invoices or receipt in principle. If you need
either of them for your business, please use the email from PayPal,
which describes your purchased items and prices instead.
