What's PIXmix?

Each PIXmix Volume contains 20 tracks of motion graphics with music. The length of each track is from 2 seconds (minimum) to 30 seconds (maximum), and it is motion graphic loop.
In addition, Extra track aims for the use of DVJ and other VJ DVD player to setup loops easily. Above all, PIXmix is the most suitable DVD video for VJS/VJs.

Annotation and Warning

• Early PlayStation 2 and some other old DVD players can not play PIXmix. However PIXmix cannot warrants specification of players and its performance.
• Overseas shipment is not handled on Saturdays, Sundays and Japanese public holidays, since on those days shop is closed.
• PIXmix is sold by Volume only. Each track cannot be sold independently. (cannot sold as a track)
• PIXmix DVD video is mainly made for VJing. The motion graphics may contain excessive stroboscopic lights (bright flashing lights). However, PIXDISC.COM and PIXELCRAFT assume no responsibility whatsoever for any incidents, damage accidents and bodily injuries resulting from the use of PIXmix DVDs. Please use PIXmix DVDs with self-responsibility.
• PIXmix PAL DVDs were converted from NTSC, and all motion graphics works were originally made in NTSC. Therefore the quality of PIXmix PAL DVDs may not be the best. Please be forewarned.
• This DVD is sold for the purpose of home exhibition only. Whether with or without consideration, any unauthorized copying, lending, public transmission and so on are strictly prohibited. All rights are reserved and this DVD remains at all times the property of the licensor under its license. In addition, all rights are reserved and copyright of this DVD's contents, music and visuals, remain at all times the property of each creator, and PIXELCRAFT LTD has its license.

Exceptional Permission

By way of exception, a nature of PIXmix is that the DVD contains a set of motion graphic works for DVJ, so that PIXmix permits actions described in the following:

Exceptional Permission for Screening

PIXmix is screened at an event in which the main theme and entertainment is not PIXmix, and a PIXmix user who bought PIXmix should use at an event, which is not continuity.
<for example> PIXmix is screened as VJing only at club event, music concert and so on. Under those circumstances, it is no problem.

Permission for reproduction right

For personal use, a PIXmix user, who bought PIXmix, can use it for movie editing and copying for his or her private usage
<for example> PIXmix user, who bought PIXmix, can mix copies of PIXmix DVD, which the user bought, for his/her VJ performance. PIXmix user, who bought PIXmix, can copy PIXmix DVD, which the user bought, for his/her VJ performance and for his/her VJ application.

So if a VJ, who is a user of PIXmix, is using PIXmix DVD for his/her Vjing with or without a payment for his/her VJ mix performance at club event and music concert, is not a problem. But the user must not say
that PIXmix movies are made by him/her.

Regarding on showing PIXmix mix on myspace or on the internet:

Unfortunately, basically it is not permitted showing a mix, which contains PIXmix visuals as one of your mix work, since the copy right of PIXmix motion graphic belongs to each artists, and it is the same to PIXDISCpro movies.

If you wish strongly to show your mix with PIXmix motion graphics, please make sure to note like “this VJ mix contains PIXmix DVD (PIXELCRAFT, Japan). Please click here (link to http://www.pixdisc.com/en/pixmix/).” and put the text and the link besides or under your mix movie in the readable font size (means not too small). Also please let PIXELCRAFT knows about your page URL with your name, your city and country name.
In this case, PIXELCRAFT can consider it as a part of PIXmix’s advertisement.
